Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists activity that cannot be supported on any Cardexa Pro program. It applies to the business running a program and to every user who receives a payout through it.

Draft — pending legal reviewLast updated 24 July 2026

Prohibited activity

Programs must not be used for, or in connection with:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Fraud or deceptive practices
  • Money laundering
  • Sanctions evasion
  • Anonymous third-party fund transfers
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Ponzi or pyramid schemes
  • Undocumented commissions
  • Gambling, unless specifically approved
  • Adult services, unless specifically approved
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Controlled substances
  • Unauthorised cryptocurrency mixing
  • Transactions intended to hide the source of funds

Why this list matters here

Cardexa Pro is built for affiliate, referral and direct-sales businesses. Those models are legitimate and widespread — and they are also the models most often used as cover for undocumented commissions and pyramid structures.

That is why every program is assessed on evidence rather than on description. A payout program must be able to show who is being paid, what they did to earn it, and where the money came from.

What we expect from a program

  • Payouts are made to the person who earned them, not to a third party on their behalf
  • Every payout has a documented commercial basis that can be produced on request
  • The business can explain the source of the funds used for payouts
  • Users are onboarded and verified as required for their jurisdiction
  • Program communications do not promise guaranteed earnings, guaranteed approval or unrestricted spending

Consequences of breach

Where activity breaches this policy, or where we reasonably suspect it does, we may:

  • Request further information or documentation
  • Pause specific payouts or cards while a review is carried out
  • Suspend or withdraw the program
  • Report the matter where a legal or contractual obligation to do so exists

The licensed provider and issuing partner may take their own action independently, under their own agreements and regulatory obligations.

Changes

This policy is updated as the program develops and as provider requirements are confirmed. Continued use of a program means acceptance of the current version.
